Technical Design
Participants demonstrate their ability to use the technical design process to solve an engineering design problem provided onsite at the conference. Required elements of the entry are presented in a portfolio that includes technical drawings for a minimum of three viable solutions.
Getting Started
In this step you will need to create a project folder and download the Project Resource Files:
- Open the folder called STEAM and Create a new folder inside of it called career-prep on your cloud storage (Onedrive)
- Right click the PROJECT RESOURCE FILES link and download the zip file > move it to your project folder > right click the ZIP file and extract the contents to your project folder.
- Open Microsoft Office and follow the video directions below to create your new files and save it to your project folder.
